Ghoulies
The 1980's instant cult classic, Ghoulies, spawned a four part series of independent horror films. Originally titled "Beasties," Ghoulies became infamous for its marketing and key art. Director Charles Band conceived the movie poster and commercial which shows a Ghoulie popping out of a toilet. In response to this marketing campaign, the production company received endless bags of angry mail from parents attempting to potty train their children.
